Tara is an independent theatre Producer, Consultant and General Manager, working across the commercial and subsidised sectors in the UK and internationally. She runs Tara Finney Productions which focuses on new writing projects, and not-for-profit organisation Burn Bright, supporting women playwrights with personal and professional development opportunities.
Prior experience includes roles as Managing Director at LIVE General Management, Producer at Tiny Fires, Stephen Joseph Theatre, Iris Theatre, Company of Angels and she originally trained at Theatre503.
Most recently, Tara worked as Interim Executive Director at The PappyShow, guiding the delivery of the programmes included in the company’s successful Cultural Recovery Fund application. She is delighted to move from this role to the Advisory Board and to be supporting Kane and the company through this exciting period of growth.
Anna Niland
Anna Niland is the Associate Director of National Youth Theatre and oversees their talent development programmes, including the NYT REP Company and flagship social inclusion courses Playing Up and Stepping Up. She trained with the National Youth Theatre and at Rose Bruford College and worked extensively as an actor on stage, screen and radio.
Recent credits include Our House, an award-nominated LGBTQ+ themed site-specific show at Eltham Palace in partnership with English Heritage, Consensual by Evan Placey at Soho Theatre (as Associate Director), Stephen Kelman’s Pigeon English adapted for stage by Gbolahan Obisesan at Ambassadors Theatre, William Shakespeare’s The Merchant of Venice by Tom Stoppard at Ambassadors Theatre, You Can by Luke Barnes at Ambassadors Theatre, Red Riding Hood at Latitude Festival, NYT's 2013 Season Highlights at Buckingham Palace, SLICK at Sheffield Park Hill Estate and Tits Teeth by Michael Wynne at Soho Theatre.
Sena Odoom
Sena is a Chartered Accountant (fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales) and an IT Practitioner (Chartered Member, British Computer Society). He is an expert in software development and public finance management.
He has over thirty years’ experience in providing public financial management and IT systems’ integration services to a variety of public sector entities, mostly in post-conflict countries, working on projects funded by international development organisations such as the World Bank.
He has worked for a number of international consultancy companies such as KPMG, Commonwealth Secretariat, Moore Stephens International and Crown Agents to deliver technical assistance and capacity building in public financial management, monitoring and evaluation, audit and integration of IT systems.
Delma Walsh
Delma is a Psychotherapist working with adults and adolescents. She works in Private Practice and for different organisations as a therapist, supervisor and group facilitator. She has worked with the National Youth Theatre for 15 years as Head of Pastoral Care.
Alongside Kane Husbands, she delivers training and workshops to the membership in facilitations and self development. She also works in the TV and Film industry providing psychological assessments and support mostly for under 25’s. She loves her job!
